What is a Gig Worker?
Gig workers, also known as freelancers or independent contractors, are individuals who work in the gig economy, which is characterized by short-term, project-based employment arrangements. Gig workers are not employed by a single company or organization, but rather work with various clients on a project-by-project basis.
To be successful in the gig economy, gig workers need to have a strong set of skills and expertise in their chosen field, as well as excellent time management and work ethic habits. In addition, gig workers should be adaptable and open to learning new things, as they may be called upon to work on a wide range of projects for different clients. Gig workers may work in a variety of industries, including creative fields, technical fields, and more. Read about gig work here...
